RefWorks online tutorials
RefWorks regularly hosts online tutorials in many languages.
RefWorks webinars are the best way to learn more about using the RefWorks research and citation management service. RefWorks provides faculty staff and students of the University and other institutions of higher learning in Bremen with free and easy access to their online tutorials.
The range of webinars available includes tutorials for beginners and advanced users as well as events dealing with specialist subjects. General guides to using RefWorks are also available. RefWorks hosts webinars in a range of languages including English, French, Polish and Spanish. The RefWorks homepage provides an overview of the tutorials currently available.
Technical requirements
All that users require to participate in a RefWorks webinar is a computer with internet access, user privileges that enable the installation of the Webex application, and a telephone to access the free telephone conferencing service. We recommend that users install the necessary software (Webex) ahead of the webinar – installing Webex does not usually require administrative privileges.
